REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and to ask to change them for another product or products with the same value of the purchased ones or with products with greater value of the ones you have bought, that must be done within 20 days, counting from the day you receive the item(s).

You have the right to return the purchased items and request a full refund a) if in all cases there is a defected product or there is a missing part on the agreed on product and under the condition that i) it is not provided by the warranty of the manufacturer or of the importer and it is under warranty, and the warranty conditions can be applied, or ii) if there is no warranty according to i) the legal limitations of the buyer’s rights has not occurred or iii) if there is no warranty according to i) and the defect or missing part is not significant and b) it is done within 14 days of the receiving day.

The “Polychronis Papadochatzakis”  is obliged to compensate in a case of missing parts or in case of a defected product and only if that occurred by the company itself, so then it cannot be blamed for light neglect.

Moreover, in all cases the product that will be replaced or fixed must come with the legal receipt. For all the above circumstances all items must be in the state they were received from the customer, whole and without any damaged and the packaging must be the one they came up with and in perfect condition, along with all that there must be the legal document that came along the item(eg Legal Receipt). Before any return of a product it is advised to have a communication with the online store of the “Polychronis Papadochatzakis”. In any case, the return and replacement is do-able under the conditions: 1. You must communicate with the online store the same day or the next, 2. In case of replacement of an item, it must be done within 20 days with another or others with the same value or greater value or the withdrawal must be done within 14 days according to Article 5,par.10 of l.2251/1994, the product cannot be used. 3. The product must came along with the documents that prove the transaction.

ORDER CANCELLATION

The cancellation of an order it can be done under the following circumstances: Before the completion of the order, during the online procedure you can click “Back” and remove the items from your cart. If the online procedure has been completed but the product has not been sent you can contact us and an employee will take charge of the cancellation of your order. After you have received the items you can call us or contact us through the online form that you can find on our website, explaining the reason you want to cancel your order. An employee will help you and he/she will inform you for all of your options. In any case your order has already been charged and you wish for its cancellation then you should immediately contact us and provide the details of your order. However, the statues of your order will not change on the website.

ORDER/DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

COMPLETION OF AN ORDER

At the moment you log your order, a message like the following will appear: “  YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED. THANK YOU! The number of your order is 71243. We kindly request that you check your email. We have sent you an email to confirm the details of your order.”

DATE OF DELIVERY

The days of the delivery are being scheduled by the transport company that is responsible of your order.

RECEPTION OF PRODUCT

If you make the order before 3am Monday to Friday, the “Polychronis Papadochatzakis” will send your order through the courier company the very next day.

The time of the delivery will be arranged by the courier company. The “Polychronis Papadochatzakis” collaborates with specific courier companies.

DELAY OF AN ORDER

YOUR ORDER MAY BE DELAYED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS

The product may be delayed to be sent by our importer. In order to offer you the best possible prices, we order our products from a large variety of importer either they are locals or international. There is the case of course that your order may be stuck at the customs or at its transport, that will result to us not having it at our disposal as soon as we would like. If that a case occurs we will contact you to ask you if you want us to deliver your order without this item or we can offer you another one. The item will be delivered to you as soon as we receive it.

The product you have ordered is not available or is has been removed: Among the dozens products that we display on our website there are some cases in which the importer suddenly  without any explaination will remove some of the products. In such a case an employee will contact you in order to offer you an alternative.

In periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes and in any extreme case, that may affect the delivery of your product.

In any case that a contact via telephone or/and email is impossible (if there is a problem with your order, either that it is related to the product itself or to its payment), because for instance the date you have logged is invalid.
